Tudid Application Terms, Conditions of Use, and Policies

To maintain security and transparency and to provide high-quality services, using the Tudid application constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. User Privacy

All information and documents uploaded by drivers and advertisers including document images, identity information, geographic locations, wallet information, IBAN numbers, and other registered data are kept confidential by Tudid Gostar. This information will be disclosed only in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and when ordered by a competent judicial or legal authority.

2. Advertising Policies

Tudid is committed to refusing the acceptance, publication, or execution of any advertising related to narcotics, tobacco, harmful products, content contrary to public health, or content that violates the laws and regulations of the country.

3. Compliance with the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran

All activities, services, advertising campaigns, and commercial partnerships conducted through Tudid are governed by the current laws, regulations, and requirements of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Users are required to comply with these laws.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must provide accurate and valid information and must refrain from misuse, fraud, data manipulation, submitting forged documents, or disrupting campaign execution. If a violation is confirmed, the company may suspend or block the user account and pursue the matter through the appropriate legal authorities.

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they register in the system. Any loss or damage caused by providing incorrect information is the responsibility of the user.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Tudid Gostar reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

8. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login information, passwords, and verification codes. Tudid is not liable for misuse resulting from a user's disclosure of this information.

9. Acceptance of the Terms

Registering for and using Tudid services constitutes the user's confirmation that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
