Tudid Terms, Conditions and Policies
To maintain security, transparency and reliable service, use of the Tudid website, application and services is subject to the following terms.
User Privacy
All information and documents uploaded by drivers and advertisers—including identity documents, geographic locations, wallet details and bank information—are treated as confidential by Tudid Gostar. Information is disclosed only when required under Iranian law or by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
Advertising Policy
Tudid does not accept, publish or execute advertising related to illegal drugs, tobacco, harmful products, content contrary to public health, or any material prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance with Applicable Law
All activities, services, advertising campaigns and commercial collaborations through Tudid must comply with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Users are responsible for observing those requirements.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must submit accurate and valid information and must not misuse the service, commit fraud, manipulate records, provide forged documents or interfere with campaign execution. Tudid may suspend an account and refer violations to the appropriate authorities.
Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, licences and legality of all information and campaign materials they provide. Losses caused by incorrect information or unauthorised content remain the advertiser’s responsibility.
Changes to These Terms
Tudid Gostar may amend, complete or update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the application or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Account Security
Users are responsible for protecting login information, passwords and verification codes. Tudid is not liable for misuse resulting from a user’s disclosure or inadequate protection of those credentials.
Acceptance of Terms
Registration for and use of Tudid services confirms that the user has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
